About the role

As a Guest Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to hotel guests. Your primary focus will be to ensure guest satisfaction through prompt and courteous responses to inquiries and issues.

Responsibilities

  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
  • Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Manage room reservations and availability
  • Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
