Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a focus on personal recognition
- Review arrival lists daily and assist in preparing welcome amenities
- Escort VIPs to their rooms and check them in prior to arrival
- Answer the telephone within three rings with a smile and handle inquiries or transfer calls as needed
- Manage issued bank, count at the beginning and end of shift, and ensure proper cash handling procedures
- Report all cash over/shorts to management
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with lobby activation as needed
- Follow proper procedures for handling guest personally identifiable information (PII)
- Follow check-in and check-out checklists, retrieving necessary identification and payment upon arrival
- Attend promptly to guest needs and inquiries
- Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives
Requirements
- Minimum of one (1) year in front desk operations
- In-depth knowledge of hotel front desk operations
- Minimum of high school education
- Open availability

Pay
Compensation range: $15.00–$17.00 per hour.
