Responsibilities

As a Guest Sales Associate, you’ll shape each guest’s experience from start to finish, delivering exceptional service in a welcoming environment. You’ll work alongside a passionate team while helping guests feel confident, radiant, and comfortable in their own skin—making a lasting impact every day.

Requirements

• Friendly, positive, professional, and guest‑focused attitude.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Team player who enjoys a fast‑paced environment.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift/move up to 25 lbs., and reach items stored at various heights.

Schedule

Flexible availability is required to support business needs, including a mix of opening, closing, and weekend shifts.

Pay

Base Pay: $15.50 per hour.

• Commission earnings on wax pass sales.
