What You’ll Do
- Manage opening/closing procedures and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Cooky flow, handle inquiries, and maintain the reservation system.
- Educate guests on services, Wax Pass benefits, products, and current promotions to drive sales.
- Manage front desk and retail areas, including restocking and organization.
- Deliver a personalized guest experience using brand standards and service techniques.
- Maintain performance goals.
- Follow company policies, dress code, scheduling, and safety standards.
- Participate in training sessions, community events, and marketing initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Base Pay: $15.50
- Additional Compensation: Earn commissions on packages and rebook bonuses!
