Who are we hiring?

Do you have relentless energy, a smile that never quits, and the passion to serve others? You may be the perfect Guest Service Ambassador!

What will you do?

  • Seating Host: Work our Seating Bowl aisles and staircase access control points. Provide directional information, welcome guests at their sections, check tickets at the tops of aisles, control access, answer event-related questions, solve guest challenges, and ensure that all guests have a safe and exceptional experience.
  • Premium Seating Host: Work in our Clubs and Suites. Control entry and access points, provide directional information, welcome guests at their sections, check tickets, answer event-related questions, solve guest challenges, and ensure that all guests have a safe and exceptional experience.
  • Gates and Guest Service Host: Scan tickets at the gates, troubleshoot entry challenges, provide support at our Guest Service Center, offer wheelchair assistance to those in need, provide directions and information, execute moments of surprise and delight throughout the stadium, and deploy to other positions to support other teams after the event begins.

Special Requirements of the Job

  • Must be available for approximately 80% of all major events held at CPKC Stadium including Kansas City Current matches and other major events that may be added.
  • Available to work nights, weekends, and weekdays, usually in the evening.
  • Must be willing to work outside in a range of different climates.
  • Must be available to attend all necessary in-person training as a prerequisite for employment.
  • Ability to stand, walk, or travel up and down stairs throughout the entire event.
  • Must be willing to submit to a routine background check as a condition of employment.
  • Must be available to work approximately 0-29 hours a week, based on number of events, games, etc.
