Responsibilities

• Encourage customer retention and loyalty through direct contact, direct mail, telemarketing, and written correspondence.
• Recruit new memberships for the Players' Club, increase rated play, and attend to guests' needs.
• Circulate on the casino floor assisting guests with questions and requests.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote Players’ Club benefits and events.
• Recruit new customers and enhance current customer relationships using various methods such as direct mail, telemarketing, and written correspondence.
• Instruct customers on the Players’ Club point system, awarding prizes and proper use of the club card.
• Assist Casino and Slot Hosts with player development efforts and events.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• One to two years experience in customer service.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible work schedule.
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation, e‑mail, and player tracking systems.
• Ability to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.
