Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Schedule

Pays a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and fluctuating days off.

Responsibilities

• TYPES MEMOS, LETTERS, REPORTS AND MATERIALS AS ASSIGNED BY SUPERVISOR
• Maintains DEPARTMENTAL FILES
• DIGESTS Guest Room Attendant work ASSIGNMENTS
• RECEIVES INCOMING CALLS FROM GUEST ROOMS AND DISPATCHES MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL AS REQUIRED
• RECEIVES COMPUTER DATA ENTRY OF ALL WORK ORDERS AND INSPECTIONS
• Maintains LOST AND FOUND DISPATCH LOGS
• PERFORMS KEY CHECKS AND LOST KEY SEARCHES
• MaintAINS AN ORDERLY OFFICE WORK AREA
• ORGANIZES SUPPLY CLOSET ITEMS
• MANTAINS MESSAGE BOARDS IN PRE-SHIFT AREA

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• General knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is preferred
• Excellent communication and guest service skills are a must ; friendly, outgoing and service oriented personality
• One year of Hotel housekeeping experience or related field preferred
• Able to work nights, weekends, holidays
• Prior guest service experience required
• Valid Driver License preferred
• Knowledge of hotel service operations preferred
• MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE
