About the role
The role involves providing exceptional guest service, maintaining cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of assigned guest rooms
- Perform room checks and make necessary repairs
- Ensure all guest requests are met promptly and courteously
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
- Basic computer literacy
