About the role

The role involves providing exceptional guest service, maintaining cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of assigned guest rooms
• Perform room checks and make necessary repairs
• Ensure all guest requests are met promptly and courteously
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
