Guest Relations Specialist

Planet 13 is a top Las Vegas dispensary dedicated to providing high-quality recreational cannabis, extracts, and infused products at competitive prices. The Guest Relations Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming and informative experience for all visitors.
Responsibilities
- Greet all customers in a friendly, welcoming manner.
- Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists.
- Maintain visitor access and issue passes as required.
- Accurately and timely enter patient and/or customer profiles.
- Survey guests on their experience.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and collating.
- Create an exceptional customer service experience.
- Comply with all HR policies, including confidentiality and non-disclosure.
- Aid in the implementation of company policies and performance standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Daily compliance with company policies, including state/local regulations, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- One to three months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Must complete OSHA 10 Industry Training within 6 months of hire (company paid).
