Guest Relations Coordinator (Hybrid)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in guest-service software applications
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Sales acumen and strong product knowledge
• Schedule flexibility including overnight shifts

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and various leisure-related needs
• Respond to guest inquiries via phone and email
• Provide resort and area information to guests
• Book reservations for guests
• Maintain an individual cash bank
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs
• Support administrative and guest-service tasks
• Receive training for overnight relief shifts
