Position Summary

The Guest Experience Representative is responsible for providing world-class customer service and hospitality to all guests entering U.S. Bank Stadium. This role impacts each guest's experience and involves abiding by company policies.

U.S. Bank Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota, with over 66,000 seats. It hosts various events including Minnesota Vikings games, concerts, and family shows. Since opening in 2016, it has hosted over 2,000 events with over 10.3 million guests.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet all guests entering U.S. Bank Stadium, check for valid tickets when necessary.
  • Aid guests with the highest level of customer service and hospitality, providing accurate directions to seating sections and attractions.
  • Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
  • Actively respond to requests or complaints from guests, referring serious issues to supervisory staff.
  • Retain an extensive knowledge of U.S. Bank Stadium layout, seating sections, key attractions, personnel, and emergency procedures.
  • Enforce stadium and league rules, regulations, and policies.
  • Provide immediate assistance to and emergency notification of guests in case of accidents or injuries.
  • Maintain order and safety in public areas, performing daily safety and security checks.
  • Cohesively work with other departments such as Minneapolis Police Department, security, food service, box office, retail, parking, custodial/housekeeping, and maintenance.
  • Perform additional functions and activities as directed by the Guest Experience Manager.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in venue events
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Good written and verbal skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects
  • Demonstrate problem-solving and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Professional presentation, appearance, and work ethic

Physical Demands

  • Function in a high activity and heavily crowded professional sports venue
  • Exposed to inclement weather of varying degrees
  • Regularly stand for long periods of time, walk long distances, and climb stairs
  • Occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or sit
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 45 pounds
  • May be asked to work at heights
