Guest Experience Host - Operations

What We're Looking For

• Availability Friday–Monday (open availability preferred)
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest service
• Guest-obsessed and excited to work with children and families
• LEGO fans who inspire creativity and imaginative play
• Comfortable teaching simple LEGO building techniques to kids and adults alike

What You'll Do

• Create fun, memorable experiences for every guest
• Engage with families and spread positive energy throughout the attraction
• Inspire creativity through LEGO building and play
• Maintain safe, organized, and enjoyable guest queues
• Keep attraction areas clean, stocked, and guest-ready
• Follow operational, opening, and closing procedures to ensure a great guest experience

Qualifications & Experience

• 6–12 months of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service is a magical bonus!
• Funny, dynamic, and friendly personality that lights up the room
• Great communication, listening, and people-boosting skills
• Self-motivated and ready to shine—solo or with the team
• Super flexible—able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
