About the role
The LEGOLAND Discovery Center Columbus is seeking a Guest Experience Host (Operations) to join our team. This role involves bringing energy, creating memorable moments, keeping experiences running smoothly, and supporting daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Bring the Energy – Be enthusiastic, confident, and showcase Merlin Values in every guest interaction.
- Create Memorable Moments – Seek out opportunities to engage with guests and spread fun throughout the attraction.
- Keep Experiences Running Smoothly – Help manage queues and maintain a safe, organized environment for all guests.
- Keep It Guest-Ready – Ensure public areas are clean, tidy, stocked, and ready to impress.
- Support Daily Operations – Follow opening and closing procedures to help keep the attraction running like magic.
Qualifications & Experience
- 6–12 months of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service is a magical bonus!
- Funny, dynamic, and friendly personality that lights up the room.
- Great communication, listening, and people-boosting skills.
- Self-motivated and ready to shine—solo or with the team.
- Super flexible—able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events!
