Guest Experience Host- F & B

About the role

The Guest Experience Host provides excellent customer service to all guests entering the attraction, sharing knowledge about the attraction’s products through positive interactions. Hosts may be assigned to Admissions, Retail, Guest Experience/Ride Operations, or Food and Beverage areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with eye contact and a smile.
• Answer questions about attraction ticket packages, pricing, and menu offerings.
• Direct and assist guests with kiosk purchases; sell/scan tickets and annual passes at point of sale.
• Learn and meet upselling sales targets; achieve revenue goals.
• Facilitate admission for groups, field trips, and birthday parties.
• Deliver personalized, “guest‑obsessed” interactions and provide product recommendations.
• Operate point‑of‑sale automated systems and handle payments.
• Stock merchandise and maintain food safety standards.
• Take food and drink orders, prepare items, and ensure safe handling.
• Operate rides, usher and guide guests through the attraction, and provide accurate ride/exhibit information.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the role.

Qualifications & Experience

• Must be at least 16 years of age (Ride Operators must be at least 18).
• Excellent customer service and strong communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for representing the LEGO brand.
• Previous transactional experience with strong interpersonal skills (preferred).
• Positive attitude, fun, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to manage large crowds, prioritize multiple guests, and maintain enthusiasm during repetitive tasks.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to obtain any required licenses or certifications.

Pay

USD $15.00 per hour.
