We're looking for energetic, guest-focused team members who bring positive vibes, great service, and LEGO values to every shift.

What You'll Do

• Bring enthusiasm, confidence, and positive energy to every guest interaction
• Create fun and memorable experiences for guests throughout their visit
• Help deliver an outstanding experience while providing excellent customer service
• Support guest flow and help keep busy areas safe and running smoothly
• Keep café and public areas clean, organized, and fully stocked

Qualifications & Experience

• You bring positive energy, love interacting with people, and enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests of all ages
• 6 months–1 year of experience in attractions, entertainment, retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred
• Friendly, outgoing, and confident in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering great guest experiences
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Comfortable working around crowds, loud noises, and attraction environments
• Flexible to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
