Responsibilities
- Consultative Sales: Guide guests through membership options and products, overcoming objections, and educating clients on the value of services.
- Independent Problem Resolution: Handle guest concerns independently, de-escalating issues and solving scheduling conflicts professionally.
- Brand Stewardship: Maintain luxury standards in the facility and personal presentation.
Qualifications
- Professional Maturity: Experience in high-end retail, hospitality, or sales, effective communication with diverse clientele.
- Resilient & Confident: Comfortable with confrontation, handling policies and challenging conversations.
