Responsibilities
- Greeting Clients upon Entrance and Exit of the Spa and Seeing to Their Individual Needs
- Booking Appointments via Telephone and In-person on Book4time Scheduling System
- Keeping Retail & Spa Areas Organized and Presentable
- Confirming Appointments on a Daily Basis via Telephone & Email
- Maintaining Knowledge of Spa Services, Products, and Technicians
- Collecting, Assessing, and Organizing Client Database
Qualification Requirements
- Proactive, with Excellent Customer Service and Phone Etiquette
- LQA, Forbes Knowledge a plus
- Strong Organizational Skills, Ability to Multi-task
- Luxury Spa or Hotel Experience Preferred; Luxury Retail Experience Helpful
- Computer Savvy; Previous Knowledge of Book4time and Opera Software Platforms Preferred
- Must Be Able to Work Early Mornings, Nights, Weekends & Holidays
- Most Importantly, Friendly, Polished and Positive Personality
- Able to stand for long periods of time
