Responsibilities

  • Greeting Clients upon Entrance and Exit of the Spa and Seeing to Their Individual Needs
  • Booking Appointments via Telephone and In-person on Book4time Scheduling System
  • Keeping Retail & Spa Areas Organized and Presentable
  • Confirming Appointments on a Daily Basis via Telephone & Email
  • Maintaining Knowledge of Spa Services, Products, and Technicians
  • Collecting, Assessing, and Organizing Client Database

Qualification Requirements

  • Proactive, with Excellent Customer Service and Phone Etiquette
  • LQA, Forbes Knowledge a plus
  • Strong Organizational Skills, Ability to Multi-task
  • Luxury Spa or Hotel Experience Preferred; Luxury Retail Experience Helpful
  • Computer Savvy; Previous Knowledge of Book4time and Opera Software Platforms Preferred
  • Must Be Able to Work Early Mornings, Nights, Weekends & Holidays
  • Most Importantly, Friendly, Polished and Positive Personality
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
