Guest Experience Associate – Full Time

Wage starts at $16.00 per hour.

About the role

The Guest Experience Associate will sell the Museum’s various products and programs, handle a multitude of tasks including facilitating school, group, and camp check-in, and participate in special events for educators and/or members.

The associate will communicate with customers by phone to discuss reservations, payment deadlines, museum procedures, and other policies.

Responsibilities

• Sell the Museum’s products and programs
• Facilitate check-in for schools, groups, and camps
• Participate in special events for educators and members
• Communicate with customers via phone regarding reservations, payment deadlines, and museum procedures
• Learn and use the ALTRU Ticketing System efficiently

Requirements

• High school degree
• At least 1 year of experience in phone sales
• Strong customer service and organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, word processing, etc.)
• Willingness to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays
