Guest Experience Ambassador - Full-Time

Role Overview This position involves welcoming and assisting guests with a friendly attitude, sharing information to ensure safe and enjoyable experiences, and supporting event operations such as attractions, activities, and line management. The role includes guiding guests during downtime or emergencies and collaborating with team members across various events and activities at a prominent Chicago public space. Qualifications & Skills Availability to work on-site at least 15-20 hours weekly, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Customer service or guest experience background preferred.Ability to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment.High school diploma or equivalent required. Key Duties Assist and engage with guests to enhance their experience.Support event operations and manage guest flow.React to emergencies or downtime, providing direction as needed.Work collaboratively with team members across multiple events. Additional Details Must attend paid orientation and training.Position is located in Chicago.
