About the role

As a Surveillance Security Officer at GardaWorld Security Services in Easton, PA, you will monitor security systems, detect suspicious activity, document incidents, respond to threats, conduct patrols, control access, analyze systems for vulnerabilities, collaborate with law enforcement, and ensure the safety of individuals and property.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• 2‑3 years of security experience
• CPR certification (willing to train if needed)
• Authorized to work in the United States
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process
• State license (example: CP-51-MD-0000581-2018) if required
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus
