Guardrail Laborer

Long® Fence, the industry leader for over 80 years, is seeking an experienced Guardrail Laborer familiar with guide rail or fence installation for various projects throughout Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of construction experience and a willingness to learn all aspects of the job.

Responsibilities

• Install guardrail products on highways and commercial sites.
• Work daily as part of a crew.
• Operate power tools such as core drills, hammer drills, band saws, grinders, etc.
• Operate skid steers or aerial lifts (preferred).

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience using power tools.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• DOT medical card.
• OSHA certification (a plus).

Compensation

• Minimum pay rate: $20.00 per hour.
• Maximum pay rate: $23.00 per hour.
• Pay is dependent upon experience.

Schedule

• May require night‑shift work on a project‑specific, periodic basis.
