Pay
$12.01 per hour
Requirements
- At least 21 years of age for unarmed roles
- High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
- Rotating availability for schedules and weekly itineraries
- Fluent in spoken and written Spanish and English (English required for bilingual positions)
- Possess customer service skills
- Possess a valid Puerto Rico driver's license
- Available for credentialing and training processes

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security and safety procedures, site-specific policies, and, when applicable, emergency response activities
- Respond to incidents and critical situations with calm and problem-solving
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; work environments and conditions may vary by client site
- Receive and channel processes in the employee/visitor reception area in accordance with facility standards and assigned post orders
