Bilingual (English/Spanish) Member Service Representative (20 Hours/Week)

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to members via phone and email
• Handle inquiries related to account management, billing, and product information
• Process member requests for account changes and new services
• Respond to member complaints and resolve issues efficiently

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications
