Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
- Provide accurate and helpful responses to customer concerns
- Process transactions and maintain accurate records
- Respond to escalated issues and provide solutions
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service experience preferred
