Duties And Responsibilities

• Assist lenders/loan administrators in completing loan applications for government guarantee programs such as SBA, USDA, and other federal and state programs.
• Gather and review all necessary documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare loan packages for submission to government agencies, while adhering to eligibility requirements and underwriting criteria.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for lenders/loan administrators throughout the loan application process.
• Provide guidance and support to lenders/loan administrators, helping them understand program requirements and benefits.
• Maintain strong relationships with lenders/loan administrators to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Maintain strong relationships with external resources such as vendors and governmental agencies to ensure a positive rapport.
• Ensure all loan applications comply with government regulations and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all loan documentation.
• Conduct regular reviews to ensure ongoing compliance with program requirements.
• Cookordination and Communication
• Coordinate with internal departments, such as credit, legal, loan operations, etc., to facilitate the loan approval process.
• Communicate regularly with lenders/loan administrators to provide updates on the status of their applications.
• Work closely with government agencies to ensure timely processing and approval of loan applications.
• Reporting and Analysis
• Prepare regular reports on loan application activities, status, and outcomes.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the loan packaging process.
• Provide insights and recommendations to the guaranteed lending team.
• Team Collaboration
• Collaborate with the guaranteed lending team to achieve lending goals and objectives.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning discussions.
• Provide support and assistance to team members as needed.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a lending or financial services role, with a focus on loan packaging preferred.
• Knowledge of government guarantee programs such as SBA and USDA is a plus.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Driving, and occasional travel, as needed for business purpose.
• Work outside of regular business hours, as deemed necessary.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
