GTM Technical Recruiter

About the role

Our client, a leading organization in the cloud technology industry, is seeking multiple Recruiters to join their team. As a Recruiter, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition department supporting the Go-to-Market recruiting organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization. Location: Seattle, WA (100% onsite).

Responsibilities

• Own the Full-cycle recruitment process
• Support the recruitment within GTM, Technology, and Solutions Architecture
• Leverage multiple sourcing methodologies, including LinkedIn, HIRE ATS, and creative outreach strategies, to identify and engage top talent.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to increase lead volume and monitor external talent pipelines and market trends.
• Build long-term candidate networks and influence best practices around job descriptions and messaging.
• Own recruiting programs such as referral drives, networking events, and conference engagement to strengthen the talent pipeline.

Requirements

• 5 years of Corporate Full-Cycle Recruiting within a GTM and Technical space
• Experience managing, prioritizing, and fulfilling multiple job searches within set timelines.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition processes and familiarity with tech roles and business areas.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to build dynamic relationships with business leaders and hiring managers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on providing exceptional candidate experiences.
• Ability to set benchmarks, monitor metrics, and achieve SLAs effectively.
