About the role

We are seeking a GTM Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our mission of doubling our operations in the next four years, particularly focusing on expanding Sales & Marketing functions in the US, LATAM, and Canada. Our recruitment process prioritizes quality assessment and attracting top talent.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end global GTM hiring projects as a TA Specialist and project manager
  • Co-design the assessment process when needed: scorecards, interview plans, and evaluation tools
  • Maintain accurate analytics (pipeline health, conversion metrics, quality signals) and use insights to improve outcomes
  • Partner closely with the sourcing team to build strong pipelines and engage top talent proactively
  • Evaluate candidates’ competencies and values fit using structured methods (screening calls, CBI interviews, etc.)
  • Deliver an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in global full-cycle recruitment (end-to-end hiring ownership)
  • Experience hiring for GTM roles in B2B sales in the USD
  • Strong commitment to best-in-class candidate experience and consistently high hiring standards
  • Data-driven mindset: ability to track funnel metrics, analyze conversions, and use insights to improve hiring outcomes
  • Stakeholder management: ability to advise hiring managers, run strong intakes, and influence decisions

Pay

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Schedule

The role is fully remote within the US (North Carolina, Florida, Texas or Georgia) with a flexible schedule.
