The Role We’re looking for a GTM Systems Developer to design, build, and scale the systems and automations that power our go-to-market (GTM) organization. This highly hands-on technical role is ideal for someone who has deep experience in Salesforce administration and development and has evolved into broader systems architecture, automation engineering, and cross-functional GTM problem solving. You'll be deep in the work — designing, building, and shipping — with full ownership from start to finish. You’ll partner closely with stakeholders across the business to understand operational pain points, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and build scalable systems that drive measurable business outcomes. You’ll be focused on building intelligent and scalable workflows, enhancing Salesforce and the broader GTM ecosystem, and driving operational efficiency across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. Location: This is a remote position. You must live and work permanently in the U.S. to be considered. What You'll Do Design, build, and maintain automations and workflows across Salesforce and the broader GTM tech stackDevelop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, flows, and advanced platform functionalityBuild and maintain integrations across CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, enrichment, and revenue platformsCreate AI-powered workflows, prompt frameworks, and automation solutions leveraging modern AI tools and APIsSupport end-to-end GTM processes across lead management, opportunity management, onboarding, customer success, and renewalsPartner with stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver scalable technical solutionsWork within Jira ticketing and project workflows to execute enhancements, resolve bugs, and support larger initiativesOptimize workflows and system architecture to improve operational efficiency, data integrity, and reporting accuracyBuild and support automation using tools such as Clay, Zapier, n8n, and similar orchestration platformsMaintain documentation, governance standards, and scalable processes across systems and integrationsSupport reporting, dashboards, and data visibility initiatives across GTM and Revenue OperationsContinuously evaluate new AI capabilities, automation tools, and process improvements that enhance business performance The Impact You'll Have At CompanyCam, your work makes a real impact. In this role, you’ll drive impact by:** Expanding the technical and automation capabilities of the GTM organizationBuilding scalable systems that improve efficiency across sales, marketing, and customer success teamsReducing manual work and operational friction through intelligent automation and system designImproving data quality, reporting reliability, and cross-functional workflows across the customer lifecycleHelping CompanyCam scale its GTM infrastructure with modern automation and AI-enabled solutions What You'll Bring Required 4+ years of experience in GTM Systems, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or related technical rolesStrong hands-on Salesforce administration and development experience, including Apex development and workflow automationExperience building and maintaining integrations across multiple GTM platforms and systemsStrong understanding of Salesforce architecture, automation frameworks, and CRM best practicesExperience designing and implementing scalable automation workflows in production environmentsTechnical fluency with APIs, system integrations, and data movement across platformsExperience working within Jira or similar ticketing/project management systemsStrong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong process orientation with the ability to document workflows, systems, and operational standards clearlyExperience leveraging AI tools and automation technologies to improve workflows and productivity Preferred Experience with GTM tools such as Marketo, Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Clay, or similar platformsExperience with automation/orchestration tools such as Zapier or n8nJava or Python experienceSQL and data querying experienceExperience supporting SaaS go-to-market organizationsExperience with CPQ, CLM, or contract management platforms such as PandaDoc or DocuSign Benefits & Compensation This is a salaried position at CompanyCam. Our starting salary range is $115,000-$125,000 per year and is based on experience. We also offer meaningful equity and other benefits.
