What You Will Do
- Lead pricing, packaging, and promotional offer strategy across Residential and Business segments to drive subscriber growth, ARPU, and overall revenue performance
- Define and lead go-to-market strategy for product launches, migrations, and promotional initiatives, including clear frameworks, briefs, and success metrics to guide cross-functional execution
- Oversee product positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks to ensure clear, differentiated, and customer-centric communication across all channels
- Leverage competitive intelligence, market and industry trends, and customer behavior insights to inform and continuously refine pricing, packaging, positioning, and promotional strategies
- Proactively monitor performance across products, offers, and campaigns; identify opportunities and risks; and drive ongoing optimization to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Partner cross-functionally with Digital, Campaigns, Market Expansion, Product, and Sales to ensure strategies are aligned and effectively executed to deliver expected outcomes
- Foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture with clear accountability and strong focus on results
What You Will Need
- 10+ years of experience in product marketing, revenue strategy, growth strategy, or go-to-market leadership
- Proven track record in pricing, packaging, and offer development ideally within a subscription or service-based business
- Strong understanding of consumer and business market dynamics, segmentation strategy, and competitive positioning
- Experience managing and mentoring teams while driving cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product, and senior leadership
- Relentlessly data-driven with strong analytical expertise in performance analysis, and proven ability to translate insights into clear strategic recommendations and measurable business impact
- Deep understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Background in telecommunications (preferred but not required)
Salary Range
$129,000 - $170,000
