Responsibilities
- Own the GTM finance operating model for annual and long-range planning and reporting
- Build driver-based models to evaluate trade-offs in GTM strategies
- Upgrade GTM reporting with automated workflows to improve forecast accuracy
- Conduct full-funnel pipeline and marketing ROI analyses
- Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Operations on capacity and productivity improvements
- Oversee partnership finance and evaluate contract economics
- Analyze customer and cohort economics for retention and margin
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance and/or Data Science or equivalent experience
- 7-10 years experience in GTM Strategic Finance and/or Business Operations
- Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS companies
- Advanced spreadsheet modeling skills
- Proficiency in reporting automation and data visualization tools, such as SQL and Tableau
