What you'll do
- Operate at the intersection of GTM, ops, product, and strategy to scale the field-sales motion.
- Own projects end-to-end, from ideation through execution.
- Define new processes & technologies to solve previously un-encountered, first-pass problems.
- Work hand-in-hand with the Founder and other business leaders day-in day-out.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- A strong bias for action - you don't wait to be told, you go ahead and do.
- 2+ years of professional working experience in a GTM strategy & ops role, ideally for a field-sales motion, at a startup or other high-growth tech-first organization.
