GTM Product Marketing Manager, Commerce Experiences
About the role
The GTM Product Marketing team at Stripe makes sure sellers are prepared, confident, and armed with the right story when interacting with potential customers. As the GTM PMM for Commerce Experiences, you'll be responsible for translating Stripe's Commerce Experiences products into compelling narratives and resources that resonate with enterprise, mid-market, and platform buyers.
Responsibilities
- Own the content development and GTM enablement strategy across the sold funnel — creating seller-ready resources (pitch decks, FAQs, value props, talking points) that translate product positioning into clear, differentiated customer value propositions for enterprise, mid-market, and platform buyers.
- Partner with Market Intelligence to monitor and understand commerce, checkout, and emerging agentic commerce market trends, competitive dynamics, and seller-facing competitive narratives — synthesize insights, and leverage these to build differentiated positioning.
- Design and deliver training programs that build seller expertise across the Commerce Experiences portfolio.
- Prepare sellers for major product launch events like Stripe Sessions, and to understand the details of the roadmap.
- Leverage data and insights to identify enablement and knowledge gaps, prioritize asset development, launch new content, and measure effectiveness on seller confidence and other KPIs.
- Surface field insights on a regular cadence — through monthly readouts and structured retros — to inform core PMM positioning and product roadmap.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B tech.
- Direct experience with checkout, ecommerce, digital wallets, agentic commerce or other commerce platforms is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Enterprise sales cycles and technical products.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a proven track record of distilling complex strategies into clear, compelling narratives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to move quickly without compromising attention to detail or polish.
- A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Comfort with data-driven decision making and measuring marketing impact.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Marketing, and contribute to alignment on shared goals.
Preferred qualifications
- Demonstrated comfort working with, and presenting to, senior leaders across a variety of disciplines.
- Strong collaboration skills, a tendency to seek and share alternative views, and an ability to earn stakeholder confidence.
- Experience using or building AI-powered tooling to accelerate seller productivity or content development.
