About the role
The GTM Operations Manager is responsible for building and optimizing the systems, processes, and data infrastructure that power a growing go-to-market organization. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, focusing on reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of the technology ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Own the reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of the systems supporting the go-to-market organization.
- Map the end-to-end prospect and customer journey across systems, identifying gaps in data handoffs, process breakdowns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Audit and optimize GTM workflows by identifying manual processes, redundant tasks, unclear ownership, and opportunities for automation.
- Design and implement workflow improvements that increase productivity, improve data accessibility, and enable teams to operate more effectively.
- Manage integrations across CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, customer success, and related platforms to ensure accurate, reliable, and consistent data flows.
- Establish and maintain data quality standards, including field definitions, naming conventions, object relationships, and enrichment processes.
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve integration issues, data inconsistencies, and operational bottlenecks.
- Build reporting infrastructure, dashboards, and KPI frameworks that provide actionable visibility into funnel performance, pipeline health, and operational effectiveness.
- Own the GTM technology roadmap by evaluating new tools, managing vendor relationships, improving existing platforms, and identifying opportunities for innovation.
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable operational solutions.
- Maintain clear documentation and create repeatable processes that allow teams to operate independently and confidently.
Requirements
- An operationally driven systems thinker with strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
- 5+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Business Systems, or a related function.
- Hands-on experience managing CRM platforms such as Salesforce and/or HubSpot, including administration, workflows, automation, object configuration, and integrations.
- Strong understanding of GTM technology ecosystems, including marketing automation, sales engagement tools, enrichment platforms, customer success systems, and analytics tools.
- Experience working with integration platforms such as Zapier, Make, Workato, native connectors, or APIs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to define metrics, build reporting frameworks, and identify operational insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders and business requirements for technical teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
- A proactive ownership mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, documentation, and operational excellence.
- Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and identify opportunities before they become challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
- SQL experience for data analysis, troubleshooting, and validation.
- Experience with enrichment, intent, or analytics platforms such as Qualified, RB2B, Clay, or similar tools.
- Experience building internal dashboards, reporting solutions, or lightweight operational tools.
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS environments and high-growth organizations.
