GTM Operations Business Partner
About the role
Join the team redefining how the world experiences design. We offer flexibility in how and where you work, trusting our team to choose the balance that empowers them and their team to achieve their goals. This role is focused on owning the GTM operating cadence, communications, program delivery, and org-wide events.
Responsibilities
- Owning the GTM Operating Cadence
- Design and run the operating rhythm for the entire GTM org & Sales & Success Supergroup, from leadership forums to all-hands, activations, and QBRs.
- Partner with the Chief of Staff and Group Leadership to ensure every meeting, ritual, and forum has a clear purpose, the right audience, and a sharper outcome than before.
- Hold the org accountable to its cadence; notice when a ritual has lost its edge and reset it.
- Owning GTM-Wide Communications
- Maintain and keep Slack channels clean, create dynamic newsletters, and facilitate face-to-face touchpoints.
- Translate complex updates from senior leaders into clear, useful messages for everyone from regional sales reps to systems admins.
- Build the comms muscle of the org and define what great looks like.
- Driving End-to-End Program Delivery
- Work closely with the GTM Strategy & Operations team to set clear work streams with owners, milestones, and momentum (experience in GTM programs is essential).
- Keep a large cross-functional team of operators on track to deliver work streams, from AI initiatives to enablement masterclasses.
- Collaborate with the Chief of Staff & CCO on company-wide programs, including goal tracking, comms updates, and coordinating multiple supergroups.
- Partnering on Org-Wide Events
- Partner with the Chief of Staff to design and run GTM’s flagship moments, including GKO and other org-wide events that shape team performance.
- Drive the operational backbone of these events end-to-end, from concept through logistics, content, and follow-through.
Requirements
- You’re a natural operator with experience setting the operating cadence for an org, owning org-wide communications, and running big moments effortlessly.
- 5+ years of deep program and project management experience, ideally in a fast-growing tech or scale-up environment, delivering complex cross-functional programs end-to-end.
- A strong GTM instinct: you can discuss pipeline with a regional sales lead, renewals with a Success leader, and document a brief for group leadership.
- Top-tier communication skills across written, verbal, async, and live formats.
- A relationship-building powerhouse who builds trust quickly with senior leaders, peers, and individual contributors.
- Ability to bring clarity to ambiguity, make sense of shifting priorities, and drive alignment when things are still forming.
- Proactive in spotting gaps, fixing them, running experiments, and improving systems as you go.
- Great energy and a positive vibe; you uplift those around you and contribute to a collaborative culture.
- Excited about leveraging AI to automate, optimize, and elevate operational impact.
