Role OverviewWe’re a small, scrappy team focused on building a sustainable business. That means every person on the team has an outsized impact on both our customers and our business! We're looking for an eager early-career go-to-market (GTM) and operations professional who is excited to learn, take ownership, and wear multiple hats. This isn't a role where you'll only do sales or only customer success. You'll gain exposure across the entire customer journey, from demos and onboarding to billing, renewals, implementation, and operations. While you will work closely with experienced cross-functional partners who will help you ramp up quickly, the ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives on solving problems and taking initiative in a fast-paced startup environment. Where You Will Make an ImpactSupport customers throughout their journey, from initial onboarding to renewals and ongoing success.Own and navigate the GTM tech stack including Hubspot, Stripe, and other internal admin tools.Build your customer-facing skills by learning how to successfully conduct calls, live demonstrations, and implementation sessions.Help investigate customer billing questions, subscription changes, invoices, and payment issues.Ensure data accuracy across customer records and account details in our CRM, HubSpot.Partner with Product, Engineering and Support to resolve customer issues quickly.Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and customer experience.Capture customer insights to help shape our product and GTM strategy.Provide high-impact support across operations, sales, customer support, documentation, and/or special projects. What You Bring1–3 years of experience at a B2B SaaS or tech company in Customer Success, Sales, Account Management, Revenue Operations, Support, and/or a similar customer-facing roleA strong bias for action and track record of following through on commitments from start to finishHands-on experience with HubSpot and familiarity with Stripe (or similar digital billing system)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsQuick to learn, adopt, and master new systems and toolsStrong organizational skills with high attention to detailExcitement for an evolving startup environment, where every day presents new opportunitiesCurious, resourceful, and eager to learnFluency in Portuguese is a strong plus. Fluency in Spanish is also a plus but not required. US Salary RangeAt Gather, compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $75,000 - $95,000 annually. Base pay is one part of the total package provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role will be eligible for bonus opportunities.
