About the role

A GTM engineer builds automated revenue systems using AI, data enrichment, and workflow automation. The role sits at the intersection of marketing and technical building.

Skills & Responsibilities

• Working with CEO and Head of Business Development to define target customers in Real Estate Investing, Solar, Roofing, Mortgage industries
• Craft messages for each based on intent signals
• Integrate monitoring and scoring systems into outbound email sequencer and CRM
• Use AI to build and test new revenue generation systems
• Manage all ongoing campaigns to stay ROI positive and continuously improve

About The Team

The GTM Engineer will report directly to our Head of Business Development. You should be comfortable with direct feedback and rapid iteration.
