About the Role
This GTM Data Operations Manager role is focused on ensuring the accuracy, governance, and operational health of customer and prospect data within the go-to-market systems. The position plays a critical role in maintaining reliable data foundations that support marketing, sales, customer success, and analytics functions, enabling effective execution and informed decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Act as the operational steward for customer and prospect data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across GTM ecosystems
- Manage data governance policies and standards across systems such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Demandbase
- Conduct data hygiene programs including deduplication and lifecycle management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and maintain data standards
- Identify and remediate data quality risks
- Administer and monitor data enrichment workflows and integrations
- Oversee synchronization and integration of data across multiple platforms
- Support readiness for new data fields, objects, and integrations
- Provide operational support for complex audience segmentation and strategic initiatives
- Document data processes and governance standards
- Develop dashboards to monitor data quality
- Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency
- Support audit and compliance requirements
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, CRM Administration, or related GTM operations
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce and CRM data management
- Experience with marketing automation platforms like Marketo and GTM data enrichment technologies
- Understanding of CRM architecture, lead lifecycle management, and system integrations
- Experience in data quality management including validation, deduplication, and governance
- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and troubleshooting data synchronization issues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience documenting processes and improving operational workflows
