GTM Data Operations Manager

About the Role

For our client, a leader in the Enterprise Technology space, we are seeking a GTM Data Operations Manager to join their team. This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $109,000 – $134,762 annually

Responsibilities

• Act as operational steward for customer and prospect data accuracy
• Oversee operational governance for data across GTM systems
• Execute data hygiene programs like deduplication and standardization
• Partner with stakeholders to evaluate new data requests
• Identify data quality risks and drive remediation efforts
• Administer enrichment workflows across GTM platforms
• Monitor critical integrations between GTM systems to ensure reliability

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or Data Operations
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and CRM data management principles
• Experience with marketing automation platforms like Marketo
• Familiarity with SQL and data warehouse concepts is a plus
• Understanding of CRM architecture and lead lifecycle management
• Experience maintaining data quality and governance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
