GTM Associate

About the role

We're hiring a hungry GTM Associate to drive new business for Paraform. You'll source deals with top companies, help build out the playbook, and continue Paraform's exponential growth. The role requires a grind‑oriented mindset combined with creative thinking, high clockspeed, and the ability to implement time‑saving structure, process, and new ideas that accelerate growth. As an early business hire, you'll work closely with our GTM leadership team to expand Paraform's global footprint and build a world‑class sales team.

Responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound qualification and outbound outreach.
• Qualify prospects through consultative selling.
• Grow the top of the sales funnel through warm and cold outbound campaigns.
• Test and iterate on experimental marketing and GTM motions.
• Maintain accurate client relationship data within Salesforce.
• Train to join our Account Executive team.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience as a top‑performing SDR at a high‑velocity startup or in finance.
• Track record of top sales performance: quick promotions and consistently beating quota.
• Demonstrated exceptional achievement (e.g., founded a company, won a hackathon, qualified for the Olympics, etc.).
• Proven ability to cold‑outbound and secure high‑value opportunities.
