About the role
The SOC Operator position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing centrally managed law enforcement radio monitoring with event logging and recording, alarm monitoring of intrusion detection systems, and emergency dispatch, incident reporting and analysis, and remote alarm panel programming.
Responsibilities
- Provide centrally managed law enforcement radio monitoring with event logging and recording
- Monitor alarm systems for intrusion detection
- Handle emergency dispatch and incident reporting
- Analyze incidents and provide recommendations
- Program remote alarm panels as needed
Requirements
- Experience in roles like Call Center Representative, Dispatch, or Camera Monitoring is preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Basic knowledge of security systems and protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a customer service or similar role
- Knowledge of basic computer operations
