GSOC Operator

About the role

The SOC Operator position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing centrally managed law enforcement radio monitoring with event logging and recording, alarm monitoring of intrusion detection systems, and emergency dispatch, incident reporting and analysis, and remote alarm panel programming.

Responsibilities

• Provide centrally managed law enforcement radio monitoring with event logging and recording
• Alarm monitoring of intrusion detection systems
• Emergency dispatch, incident reporting and analysis
• Remote alarm panel programming

Requirements

Experience in roles like Call Center Representative, Dispatch or Camera Monitoring is preferred, but not required. This is an exciting introduction to a career in the security industry.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail
• Basic computer literacy
