Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end process for granting physical access to client facilities and restricted areas.
- Interfacing with client associates via phone and email, granting and removing access within the client access control database, and troubleshooting access problems presented by the customer.
- Proactively monitor physical access and video surveillance alarms within the respective systems and be able to execute appropriate response standards in accordance with approved operating procedures.
- Monitor and report after hours facilities power outages to the client.
- Monitor and respond to facilities 911 and duress alerts in accordance with client procedures.
- Train local client associates and receptionists on utilization of Duress panic buttons, and response.
- Support internal investigations when requested by producing supporting access, and video evidence.
- Create and distribute incident reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Work experience equivalent to a BA/BS2 – 5 years’ experience working in a GSOC or similar experience.
- Analytical and report writing skills: MS Word, MS Excel.
- Proven ability to operate efficiently and effectively in a high-pressure time sensitive environment.
- Proven ability to research and consolidate information from different sources.
- Ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and prioritize accordingly.
- Video Surveillance Access Control Systems.
Compensation, Benefits & Perks
