Responsibilities

  • Maintain a secure environment for employees, clients, and partners by monitoring alarms, CCTV, responding to life safety incidents, and dispatching security officers, ERT, police, fire, and EMS personnel as needed.
  • Manage and handle situations of a sensitive nature while maintaining company confidentiality and information security practices.
  • Create dispatch records for each officer deployed during your shift, and initiate incident reports and work orders as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Emergency Response Team (ERT) and monitor threat and risk intelligence sources to support all events and incidents that impact or potentially impact operations, facilities, and employees globally.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with security systems, including CCTV and access control, to ensure proper functionality.
  • Actively participate in projects related to the GSOC role, providing input and guidance or taking full ownership of initiatives based on individual expertise and capabilities.
  • Monitor live AB4 body camera footage.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in security management, Criminal Justice, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in security operations, law enforcement, or related fields.
  • Possess a Remote Pilot Certificate (Part 107) &/or be able to possess within 120 days of hire.
  • Familiarity with security CCTV monitoring systems and protocols.
  • Able to manage multiple lines of communication and multitask.
  • Basic proficiency with surveillance and alarm systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear incident documentation and reporting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor in all interactions.
  • Proven ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a GSOC, corporate security, or a similar role.
  • Experience in incident response and crisis management.
  • Knowledge of physical security protocols and procedures.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Understanding of global security challenges and cultural sensitivity for operating in diverse environments.
