Job Summary

Dedalus Labs is seeking an intern to contribute to the growth and development of AI agent infrastructure. This role involves organizing events, creating technical content, and running community programs.

Responsibilities

• Organize hackathons, workshops, and developer events
• Interview developers to understand their needs for AI agents
• Create technical content across various platforms such as X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, Discord, and others
• Run growth experiments to improve developer acquisition and activation
• Build onboarding experiences to help developers become productive faster
• Work with engineers to launch new products and features
• Partner with developers, founders, and ecosystem organizations on technical initiatives

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong storytelling ability
• Comfortable explaining technical concepts to different audiences
• Curious about AI, startups, and developer tools
• Creative, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity
• Strong execution and organizational skills
• High agency and excellent judgment
• Technical background in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Experience running communities, hackathons, or technical events
• Familiarity with developer ecosystems and open-source communities
• Experience creating technical content, videos, blogs, or newsletters
• Experience with growth, product marketing, developer relations, or GTM
• Strong aesthetic judgment and design sense
• Familiarity with social platforms including X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Discord, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
• Startup or entrepreneurial experience
• Experience measuring growth through metrics and experimentation

Qualifications

• 12-week summer internship
• In-person internship in San Francisco
• Housing support provided where applicable
• Interns work directly with founders, engineers, and the developer community
• High-performing interns may receive return offers for full-time positions
