About the role

Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Growth Sites - Digital Manufacturing IT Program Manager. This position can sit out of one of the following locations: Beachwood OH, Galesburg MI, Houston TX, Menomonee Falls WI, Moon Township PA, or Raleigh NC.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an expert-level Senior Program Manager with broad experience in program management. The ideal candidate will translate business or functional vision into plans and guide their execution, participating in the development of business or functional strategy and being accountable for results that impact the entire business or function.

  • Lead and manage complex program activities, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Collaborate with the CI, digital, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of program initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of program strategies and make necessary adjustments.
  • Provide support and guidance to team members to help them achieve program objectives.
  • Communicate program initiatives and their impact to all stakeholders effectively.

The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for organizing and scaling our operating model across our Key Strategic Growth (KSG) sites. This role owns the end-to-end Digital Manufacturing value stream (Production → MES → Quality → Performance) across these sites — one roadmap, one KPI set, one outcome story — scaling proven solutions site to site rather than running each site as standalone project work.

Requirements

Qualifications

Basic (required) Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in program management or a related role. Strong understanding of program management principles, methodologies, and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Certification in program management (e.g., PMP, PgMP).
  • Growth Sites Value-stream Knowledge Manufacturing/operations IT delivery; digital-manufacturing value-stream understanding (production → MES → quality → performance).
  • Familiarity with MES (Ignition or equivalent), shop-floor connectivity, quality systems, and analytics platforms (Palantir/Foundry).
  • Continuous-improvement fluency — A3/DMAIC, value-stream mapping, lean/EBS, root-cause problem solving.
  • Tech-savvy and AI-first — efficient with modern AI productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude) to accelerate analysis, documentation, and delivery.
  • Demonstrated multi-site deployment and scaling of a proven solution across plants.

Pay

The expected annual salary range for this role is $146,000 - $215,000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
