Growth Product Manager - Reactivation

Kalshi · New York, NY · 2 wk ago
On-siteMarketing$150k–$250k/yrFull-time

About the role

Kalshi has created the first legal prediction‑market platform in the United States, allowing users to trade on the outcome of any future event across politics, economics, finance, weather, tech, AI, culture and more. As a Growth Product Manager you will own the strategy to reactivate dormant users, turning seasonal interest (sports seasons, elections, cultural moments) into sustained trading activity through data‑driven experiments and cross‑functional programs.

Responsibilities

  • Set the roadmap, prioritize opportunities, and take experiments from analysis through launch and measurement.
  • Use SQL to analyze cohorts by sports season, category traded, major event, and behavior; identify churn patterns and size opportunities.
  • Test product experiences, incentives, and other approaches with clear hypotheses and rigorous measurement.
  • Develop reactivation strategies for seasonal sports, elections, and other major moments, including post‑event engagement.
  • Determine which users to reach, what will resonate, and when to engage them; coordinate channel execution and measurement.
  • Build ways for users to discover relevant markets beyond the initial event or sport that brought them to Kalshi.
  • Turn successful experiments into ongoing programs, document what works, and establish benchmarks for reactivation performance.
  • Track post‑season reactivation rates, the share of active traders who have reactivated, and whether returning users stay engaged.
  • Coordinate proposed programs with the CCO and CRO.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Growth PM or consumer Product Manager with a track record of using data and experimentation to improve user behavior and business outcomes.
  • Strong, hands‑on SQL skills – ability to independently explore user data, build cohort analyses, and turn findings into product decisions.
  • Excellent quantitative judgment, including sizing opportunities, prioritizing experiments, and distinguishing meaningful results from noise.
  • Strong execution and ownership – moving from ambiguous problems to launched experiments and following through on results.
  • Creative thinking about why users return to a product, with ideas that extend beyond standard promotional offers.
  • Understanding of sports and seasonality, including how fan interest changes throughout the calendar.
  • Ability to work closely with engineering, lifecycle marketing, and acquisition teams to deliver coordinated programs.

Pay

Salary range: $150,000–$250,000 annually, plus equity and benefits.
