About the role
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Growth/Performance Marketing based in United States. This role offers the opportunity to build and scale a performance marketing function within an innovative AI-driven technology environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the full-funnel performance marketing strategy, including planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns across channels such as LinkedIn, Google, industry publications, newsletters, and ABM platforms.
- Develop targeted account-based marketing programs focused on enterprise decision-makers across supply chain, procurement, finance, and operations functions.
- Partner with sales teams to define target accounts, refine messaging, and create campaigns that support complex enterprise buying journeys.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards that connect marketing spend to qualified leads, pipeline contribution, revenue impact, CAC, ROAS, and payback metrics.
- Establish a continuous experimentation framework across campaigns, audiences, messaging, creative assets, landing pages, and conversion flows.
- Optimize website experiences, landing pages, forms, and digital journeys to improve engagement and conversion among enterprise buyers.
- Manage paid media budgets, forecast investments, and provide leadership with clear insights into marketing efficiency and ROI.
- Collaborate with content, design, product marketing, engineering, and revenue operations teams to improve campaign performance and scalability.
Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, demand generation, or a related field, ideally within B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, or complex sales environments.
- Proven experience building and scaling demand generation or account-based marketing programs with measurable pipeline impact.
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing channels, including paid social, paid search, ABM platforms, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
- Experience working with platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot, Marketo, 6sense, Demandbase, or similar technologies is preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate CAC, LTV, funnel conversion rates, ROAS, attribution, and marketing efficiency metrics.
- Ability to independently create campaigns, analyze results, build dashboards, and optimize performance without relying heavily on external agencies.
- Experience marketing to enterprise audiences in industries such as supply chain, procurement, finance, operations, or other complex B2B sectors is a plus.
- Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to translate technical products and concepts into compelling messaging for business audiences.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with ambiguity, ownership, and continuous change.
- Highly proactive, organized, and data-driven, with a strong ability to prioritize high-impact initiatives.
