Responsibilities

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store, including people, operations, sales, and profits. This includes ensuring the safety, training, and culture of your team, leading by example, and following all policy and procedures 100% of the time. You may be asked to help at other locations near your chosen location.

Requirements

• Prior experience in Domino's or prior experience leading people
• 18+ years of age
• Good driving record
• Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Good background check
• Eligible to work in the USA
• Must reside near store location

Qualifications

We are looking for individuals with strong leadership skills, judgment, and the ability to multitask. If you haven't managed people before, we will show you how to lead. If you haven't made pizzas before, we will teach you how to make an awesome pizza.
