Responsibilities
- Own Executive-Level Communications
- Build clear, structured, and compelling presentation materials for internal leadership and external partners
- Craft tailored, executive-level narratives that communicate Pagaya’s value proposition
- Support high-stakes meetings, partner reviews, and strategic planning sessions
- Drive Strategy Execution & Operations
- Translate Growth strategy into actionable operating plans, measurable objectives, and day-to-day execution
- Track progress against strategic priorities, identify risks, and drive accountability across stakeholders
- Embed strategic priorities into day-to-day execution across asset classes (Personal Loans, Auto, Point of Sale)
- Strengthen Growth Operations
- Maintain prospect coverage maps
- Cross-functional cooperation across Growth, Onboarding, Product, Partnerships, Research and other stakeholders
- Establish structured communication frameworks across internal and external stakeholders
- Optimize Processes
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose scalable solutions
- Improve workflows, reporting structures, and operating cadence
- Increase efficiency and effectiveness across the Growth organization
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in top-tier consulting, ideally with exposure to financial services, fintech, or consumer lending/credit
- Exceptional verbal and visual communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, structured narratives
- Proven experience creating executive-ready presentation materials
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (advanced Excel proficiency required)
- Hightly detail-oriented, with consistently accurate and high-quality output
- Strong cross-functional collaborator with the ability to build relationships across teams and levels
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
Pay
The pay ranges for New York-based hires are commensurate with candidate experience.
Pay ranges for candidates working in locations other than New York may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
Compensation Range for New York Based Hires: $125,000 - $140,000 USD
