Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize SEM campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Build and manage campaigns, ad groups, keyword structures, and ad creatives
- Own performance metrics including ROI, CAC, and revenue growth
- Analyze campaign data and performance trends to drive ongoing optimization
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to improve conversion rates
- Manage budget pacing and bidding strategies (including automated bidding tools)
- Identify opportunities to expand into new markets and launch localized campaigns
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to improve conversion funnels and performance
- Contribute to internal tools, automation, and workflow improvements
- Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on SEM experience managing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Strong experience with bulk tools such as Google Ads Editor and Microsoft Ads Editor
- Deep understanding of bidding strategies including tROAS and tCPA
- Proven ability to build and optimize complex SEM campaigns at scale
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
